ABOUT:
Be in a cozy, come-as-you-are space where wiggling, giggling, nursing, and soothing are totally encouraged. Enjoy movement, sweet songs, breathwork, and playful connection—perfect for bonding with your little one.
This 45 minute special class is designed for caregivers with a 1-3 year old. We will have up to eight families per class - one caregiver and one child per family.
It's all about moving together, making memories, and meeting other families in a more intimate, inclusive, and relaxed space.

WHAT TO BRING:
Please bring your own yoga mats/blankets, water, and anything else you need.
MEET YOUR TEACHER:
Valerie is passionate about helping keiki learn, breathe, and grow through yoga. She co-founded the nonprofit yogacore in 2009, later completing Project Koa Yoga’s first 200-hour training in 2022. As a parent, she brings mindfulness and movement into her home, grounding her family in connection and calm. An enrolled member of the Oglala Sioux Tribe, she’s also a Hawai‘i-licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst and researcher at the Pilina Center for Wellbeing, blending science, culture, and heart in her work.
