2025 'Ohana Yoga - Hawaii Kai Towne Center

Family yoga allows you and your keiki to connect through physical activity. It promotes healthier habits, further develops a bond between you and your child, and creates space to welcome new friendships! This class is open to all parents/caregivers and their children (best suited for 3-10 years old, but younger keiki are welcome as well). Classes are led by our team of registered yoga instructors. This class is a 45-minute physical yoga practice that will be fun for all and will end with a 5-minute meditation.
