Mahalo to our sponsor, Hawai’i Pacific Health! The class is open to all parents/caregivers and their children (ages 3-10, younger keiki are welcome as well) with our team of registered yoga teachers.
Family yoga allows for families to connect through physical activity. It promotes healthier habits, further develop relationships between parent and child, and connects families with their community.
This 'ohana yoga class is a 45-minute physical yoga practice that will be fun for all and will end with a 5-minute meditation..
Please bring your own yoga mats or towels, and see you at The Barn!
