About the Class:

Those first weeks with your baby are full of wonder… and a lot of “Am I doing this right?”  This class is designed to take the guesswork out of newborn play.

Led by our founder, pediatric physical therapist, and mom, Dr. Suma Metla, this six-week program will guide you through exactly what newborn play should look like, including baby massage, tummy time, sidelying, and floor play, and how to use simple toys and everyday interactions to support your baby’s development. You’ll learn how to engage with your newborn in ways that feel natural, meaningful, and developmentally powerful.

But this class is about more than milestones. It’s about community. A space to meet other new parents, share the early days together, ask questions, laugh, and feel supported as you navigate life with your newest little duck.

Classes are 45 minutes long. Each baby can be accompanied by two adults. Please bring a blanket to lay on for your comfort!

Refunds:

Please send us an email at aloha@threelittleduckshawaii.com no later than 7 days before the first class if you want a refund on the full series. If you can't make a class, we accept makeup classes and replacements as well. Refunds will not be available once classes start. Mahalo for your understanding.
